1. Who these terms are with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the booking or provision of property maintenance services offered under the business name Avencrest Property Solution, operated by 1000943814 Ontario Inc. ("Avencrest," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario with its business address at 2426 Kingston Road, Toronto, ON, M1N 1V3.

By using this website, requesting a quote, or engaging Avencrest for services, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services

Avencrest provides property maintenance services, which may include grounds and landscaping, snow and ice management, repairs and handyman work, cleaning and unit turnover, property inspections, and emergency response, as agreed with each client. The specific scope, schedule, and price for any engagement will be confirmed separately in a quote, work order, or service agreement, which forms part of the contract between you and Avencrest alongside these Terms.

3. Quotes and pricing

• Quotes provided through this website or by phone or email are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised after an in-person assessment of the property.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Recurring services (such as seasonal snow removal or grounds maintenance contracts) are billed according to the schedule set out in the relevant service agreement.

4. Scheduling and access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for scheduled work, including access to any relevant areas, utilities, or equipment needed to complete the job. Avencrest will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment windows but is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, site access issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Payment

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee and may result in a pause of ongoing or recurring services until the account is brought current.

6. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a scheduled, non-emergency service with reasonable advance notice as set out in the applicable service agreement. Avencrest reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations of scheduled crew time.

7. Liability

Avencrest carries out services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Avencrest's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the value of the specific service giving rise to the claim, and Avencrest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law.

8. Insurance and subcontractors

Avencrest may use qualified employees or subcontractors to deliver services. Where a service requires specific licensing (such as electrical or plumbing work), that portion of the work will be carried out by an appropriately licensed provider.

9. Website use

This website is provided for the purpose of describing Avencrest's services and enabling clients to make contact or request a quote. Content on this site is provided "as is," and while we aim to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that it is free of errors at all times.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
